Oak is an old town located in the Northeastern part of Fiore. A historic place, it has many battlements and turrets. It is located on a hill, surrounded by forests and mountains with a river flowing nearby. It is home to the dark guild, PHANTOM LORD.

Hargeon is another old town located in the Northern part of Fiore, just a little bit south of Magnolia. It contains Fiore's largest port and is considered one of the most beautiful towns in the country. Despite being more renowned in fishing than magic, the BLUE PEGASUS guild is located here.
